US Court Mandates Freedom of Kilmar Abrego Garcia from ICE Custody
A court has ordered the immediate discharge of Kilmar Abrego Garcia from immigration custody, finding his continued confinement is without lawful basis.
"Since his release after wrongful imprisonment in El Salvador, he has been taken back into custody, again without lawful authority," the judge stated in her ruling.
